Hey guys! Can you believe we are half way through Season 2!! I want to peronsonally thank you all for being a part of the Wingless rise to greatness (still a work in progress). It hasn't been easy, and we've gone through many challenges, but here we are! Many of the clans who started season 2 promisingly are no longer around/involved in wars. So I count it a privilege to be doing what we are doing, and I thank you guys for it! I especially would like to thank The_Rising and in-shah-may-ehl for their HUGE sacrifices.. We wouldn't have made it this far without them!
A few really important things I felt we needed to go over as we approach the second half of Season 2..
1- The War times are changing starting Week 6. Check the forums for the new times. The developers are also adding 5 wars per week.
2- If you haven't already, download the LINE messenger app onto your smart phone and join the Wingless Angels group. There is also a desktop version, but you need to create an account from the phone version first. By next week, info and rosters will be placed there instead of on KaW. If you can't get LINE then you'll hafts rely on teamates to stay informed. If you can't find the group, find me by searching "winglesstal" and send me a message.
3- Although we are grateful for the few people who are taking the time to administrate, track, and lead each war, we CANNOT continue with so few doing all the heavy lifting. We absolutely NEED you guys to step up and start contributing more. Particularly with administrating wars and tracking. You DON'T have to be super gifted to track wars, all you need is a computer and a google email account. Ideally, if we team up 2-4 people each war to do the tracking they can do it easily and with minimal stress.
Our new objective is to have tracking teams ready to track each war by the end of week 6, and have administraters as weel so we can do all 15 wars weeks 7 & 8, so we all can get our Rancor levels! In order to do this we need you guys to all start pitching in. Don't just reap the benefits from others hard work, be a team player! Every little bit counts. Talk to me or The_Rising to see how you can be more involved.
4- Our builds need more work. We faced two clans with better towers and more bfa than us last week. Which makes winning very difficult. So our new objective is to get all our non-gh to AT LEAST 1m cs in Adt, and 2m cs sdt by the end of this week. And if you are above 14m cs, 2m sdt is NOT ENOUGH anymore now that t6 level 3 is out. And for u large Hansels, u need more than 1m cs adt as well. Once you have finished upgrading to your tower goals, build up your bfa. Don't increase your spy or troop attack.
5- In order to accomplish our build objectives, we will be running b2b Haunting Escape starting after war 2 and running all week. Here's how that works.. I will personally fund (buy seals for) the first day of Haunts, beginning after War 2. After that I am expecting that you guys will all start to help fund them for the clan. THE FIRST ITEM PHASE OF EACH HAUNTING ESCAPE WILL BE CLOSED AND RESERVED FOR THE PERSON WHO USED THE SEAL (unless otherwise noted in ca). EXPECT TO BE KICKED FROM CLAN IF YOU START USING ITEMS DURING PHASE 1 AND WEREN'T THE ONE WHO OPENED UP THE EB. Rejoin and don't do it again. :) The clan will be closed to all guests as usual. And don't expect all your alts to be allowed in either. The purpose of this is to grow our war build towers & bfa. DO NOT XTAL ON A HTE UNLESS YOU ALSO PLAN TO BUY SEALS TO HELP KEEP THEM RUNNING. (for example, if you spend $15 usd worth of xtals on eb, u should spend $5 usd on a seal for the clan). WE WILL MONITOR XTAL USE AND IF YOU ARE SMASHING XTALS BUT NOT CONTRIBUTING SEALS YOU'LL BE KICKED FOR THE WEEK! We're also asking everyone to stay in clan as much as possible this week and keep your equip hunting/visiting to a minimum. By the end of the week our builds will be poised to dominate the rest of season 2 and beyond!
6-Make sure when we war that you don't have non-static gear equipped. They are bad for matchups. The ones I see often equipped are the Abyssal Blade and the Pinioned Boots. Take them off and war with something else.
7- In order to help us complete our unlocks to get clan bonuses for wars, we are cancelling war 8 this week (which we've historically never done) and running DS. We'll also run ACC immediately following war 10. PLEASE INVITE YOUR EB SMASHING FRIENDS (10m cs+).
8-All the coming and going needs to stop! We're making things difficult and stressful on our admins. Don't leave clan without getting permission from a senior admin (me, ish
, rising, nightangel)
. ADMINS POST ON THEIR WALL A PASS TO LEAVE AND REPORT IN ADMIN ROOM/MY PM WHEN PPL ARE GIVEN PERMISSION TO LEAVE AND WHEN THEY ARE EXPECTED BACK. If you aren't around 12 hrs before the next war you're scheduled for, your spot will be opened to others. :) We have a month left of the season guys, let's stay focused soley on wars and leave the rest for when season is over.
